Regarding Orders

  1. I don’t know how to place an order

Place the desired items in your shopping cart, and then checkout the order. Please select a payment method and upload the payment advice for verified order.

  • Is it possible to cancel an order?

It is possible to cancel an order if the order has not been shipped.

Regarding delivery

  • Is it possible to select a delivery company?

The shipping company and shipping method used is fixed and unable to be changed.

  • When will my shipment arrive?

Shipment will be shipped the next day of verified orders unless stated otherwise.
Orders are processed until 9.00AM every day, orders received after 9.00AM will be queued for shipping the following business day*.


* Business days does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
** Arrival times are merely estimates. Actual delivery time will vary depending upon location and transport conditions.

Regarding payment

  • What are the payment methods available?

Yes, we accept payment by PayNow and via Bank Transfer.

Regarding My Account

  • After placing an order, I noticed that my delivery address was wrong. Can I change it?

If you need to change your delivery address, kindly contact us at info@monroe.com.sg as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to change it.
